The main components includes Raw Material Storage Bunker, Screw Pump, Injecting Gun, Linear Moving Device, Auto Valve, Quantitative control system, Gate automatic reset device etc.

Working principle

1, Pushing the wall panel machine to the grouting/injecting area then positioning to stop the wall panel machine, through the encoder controlling, the linear moving device moves the injecting gun and automatically insert into the injecting holes;

2, Open the Injecting Gun auto valve, start screw pump and inject slurry into mould cavities of wall panel machine ( time adjustable)

3, Speed down the screw pump to low speed, then continually inject slurry into mould cavities (time adjustable)

4, Stop Screw Pump, close injecting gun auto valve, start Gate automatic reset device, pull out the injecting gun, simultaneously close the injecting gate.

5, Move to next work

In order to ensure the consistency of slurry in the injection mold cavities, uniform injecting is adopted at first, when the slurry body is about to overflow the gas-exhaust hole-observing, adopt low-speed injecting to ensure the consistency of slurry in the injection cavities and reduce the leakage.
