What is the after-sales installation process after the customer orders the cement block machine? Let me introduce it to you step by step.


First, make local planning based on the actual situation of the customer's site, and mark the location where the equipment will be installed.


Carry out the construction of the embedded irons of the concrete foundation at the marked position to prepare for the later installation of the cement block machine production line.


S.L Machinery will design a layout drawing of the embedded parts of the cement block machine production line according to the customized model cement block machine and the actual site.


After the foundation of the cement block machine production line is completed, the ground and floor of the site need to be hardened by concrete. The next work is the specific after-sales installation process of the technical engineer to the site.

1. Survey site

When initiately arrive at the construction site, you need to confirm whether there are foundation embedded parts, and the embedded parts should be as level as possible.


2. Cement block machine Equipment hoisting

First, to assemble the conveyor belt, batching machine and silos for hoisting.

When the equipment is hoisted and placed, it is placed in order from the batching machine position to the front. The order of placement is: batching machine, mixer, brick machine host machine, pallet feeder, conveyor belt, green brick conveyer, stacker, pallet provider, silos, cement screw conveyor, and then connected to the mixer lifting track and the cement scale


3. Hydraulic oil tank and oil pipe connection

Before connecting, check whether there is water in the fuel tank due to transportation or parking in the open air. If it were found, drain it in time, open the side inspection port, and clean it with a clean rag. While connecting, look for the corresponding oil nozzles and connect the oil pipes in the order of the oil circuit. The distance between the oil tank and the main engine should be slightly higher than the ground to avoid friction during work.


4. Check before power on

After turning on the power, you need to check the power supply voltage in the power cabinet, and check after turning off the power of the equipment control box.

Connect the Cement block machine production line, try to arrange the wiring trough well, so as to avoid failures such as poor contact caused by stepping on in the future.

The short circuit of the electronic scale sensor requires the shielding net to be connected together to avoid interference when the brick machine equipment is running.


5. Test brick machine debugging equipment:

After turning on the power, check and test the motors one by one. At this time, make sure to carry out the debugging state to check whether the motor is abnormal and whether the positive and negative directions are correct.c


6. Equipment is fixed

All parts of the brick machine equipment are leveled and fixed with electric welding and expansion screws.


7. The fuel tank of brick machine needs to have cooling water circulation

Prepare small water pump and water pipes.


Finally, the installation of the cement block machine production line is completed.
